PC&S offers decades of professional expertise in the management of technology construction projects. While our training and practical experience do encompass the gamut of Project Management tools such as critical-path scheduling and earned value accounting, it is our experience in the trenches that has honed our proficiency in delivering successful projects and managing the triple constraints (Schedule- Budget- Quality).
Far too frequently successfully designed projects fail due to lack of communications between the project sponsors, designers, users, and the build team. To combat the natural tendency towards isolationism between the project teams, PC&S has built our Project Management model using the practices put forth by the Project Management Institute, thus ensuring that Communications Management is an inherent aspect of each project.
