Operator Qualification & Safety Group (OQSG)

PC&S is an accredited OQSG Proctor and OQVerify testing center. PC&S offers contractors a central metro Atlanta, Georgia location for onsite pipeline operator training.

As an OQSG Proctor and OQVerify testing center, PC&S is able to administer Operator Qualification Certification (OQ Certification). Upon successful completion, contractors are listed in the National Registry where their credentials are maintained by ISNetworld.

Operator Qualification & Safety Group (OQSG), formerly Moreno & Associates, was founded in 1993 as one of the first safety-consulting firms in the southeast and one of only a few behavioral safety consulting firms in the United States.

ISNetworld’s Review and Verification Service

ISNetworld is a safety-related national database of contractors and vendors. ISN's Review and Verification Services (RAVS) is a service provided by ISN Software Corporation to ISNetworld member Owner/Operators. RAVS facilitates the contractor prequalification and compliance monitoring process for Owner / Operators and Contractor/Suppliers through these services:

1. An annual verification of incident and safety statistics.
2. An annual verification of Experience Modification Rating (EMR)
3. Desktop review of Contractor/Suppliers' written HSE programs to ensure compliance with OSHA (OH&S) and other Operator Requirements.

Pipeline Controls & Services has an Acceptable rating with ISNETworld.
